I'm Cymone and I am passionate about empowering women to live a healthy lifestyle and bring vitality into their lives, without feeling overwhelmed or burned out.

I have been working in the sports and fitness industry since 2015, and in that time I have learned a lot! I've learned what things work for health and wellness and in 2020 I started and grew my fitness and nutrition business from home while raising my two young kids.

But I’ve also learned how not to do things…
I’ve learned a lot about things that sound like a good idea, but take up too much time with little gain.
I’ve learned to concentrate on what works for me and my clients, rather than doing things just because everyone else is doing them.
I’ve also learned to focus on my goals and develop the best and most efficient path to reach them, rather than just doing things for the sake of it.
I'm here to help
I love working towards a healthy lifestyle, and it makes me sad when I see other women struggling – frustrated because they are working so hard in every aspect of their lives besides their health. I want to help and Vibrant Vitality is my way of doing that.
Who is Vibrant Vitality for?
Vibrant Vitality is for women who want to enjoy a healthy lifestyle while not feeling overwhelmed and stressed out trying to live that way. Vibrant Vitality is for women who want to see real results, but still have time to spend with their families and enjoy the rest of life. Vibrant Vitality is for women who want to live in a state of being strong and active every day!

A promising resumé
I have always been into sports and physical fitness. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Kinesiology. I worked in the sports and fitness world for many years before giving birth to my girls back to back in 2018 and 2019. I then decided to become a stay-at-home mom to focus more on my family and find what was next for me. Just as I was getting the hang of being a mom of a 1-year-old and newborn, ready to start feeling like myself again, getting back into fitness, and finding my next career path, the pandemic hit and all my focus went right back to my family and none on myself. After a while, my health was taking a backseat in life, and knew I needed to make changes so that I could be the best version of myself for my family.
In August 2020 I became an ACE-certified health coach to educate in behavior-change coaching and help clients map out their health goals and plans. In December 2020 I became a certified STRONG Nation® instructor to teach online fitness classes to those who were not comfortable going back to gyms during the pandemic. From there I furthered my education to become an AFAA certified group fitness instructor in July 2021.
After a year of teaching online group fitness classes, I realized I wanted to offer more. I wanted to find a way to specifically work with women who did not want to go to the gym or exercise in front of strangers. I wanted to work with women who longed for a personal environment where they could work on their physical fitness comfortably but in the presence of someone knowledgeable when it came to exercise and could meet them where they were in their journey. I was certified in December 2021 as a NASM Personal Trainer and began training clients 1-on-1 out of my home. Don't worry, I still offer on-demand workout videos for those who may not want the 1-on-1 attention and want to workout whenever they like!
Some may say my passion is fitness, but my passion is a healthy lifestyle. When truly embracing a healthy lifestyle, physical fitness is not the only aspect. Nutrition is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle as well. So in January 2023, I became a Certified Nutrition Coach to back up my knowledge and take my passion to the next level to help women with empowerment, confidence, and vitality. I now offer an 8-week online coaching program to help women of all ages and walks of life kickstart or enhance their healthy lifestyles.

Cymone Jones is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps women at vitalitywithcymone.com. With her kinesiology background, she has found successful healthy ways to bring strength and energy into her life while raising two young girls. As an online coach, she is passionate about empowering women to bring vitality into their lives in ways that can fit into their schedules. She lives in South Carolina with her husband and two daughters (ages 4 and 5) and enjoys family outings to the park and girls' night with her mom friends.
